How to Use Zarfoni 13-Grain Atta

Use Tips & Method
Daily Rotis Use like regular atta. Knead well (8–10 min) and rest 20–30 min before rolling. Since this blend contains no wheat, the dough may be slightly less elastic — resting time is important. The flavour is richer and nuttier — the roti stays soft longer and is more filling per serving.
Transitioning from Regular Atta Start by blending 1 part 13-Grain with 1 part Zarfoni Chakki Atta. Gradually increase the multigrain ratio over 2–3 weeks as your palate and digestion adjust. Most families make the full switch within a month.
Multigrain Bread & Baking Use 100% for a dense, hearty loaf or 50/50 with Zarfoni Chakki Atta for a lighter texture. The flax seeds add natural omega-3s to every slice, and the oats provide a moist, tender crumb. Works well for pancakes and porridge too.
